Kiwi Bootcamp Workout: Get In Touch With Your Body.

I wanted to start the month out with a nice full body workout. It was about kicking off this series of workouts with the intention of being in touch with each area of our bodies we are working. Getting some good toning in was important too. Rather than just workout, let us make the most of every time we work a particular muscle, stay present and get to know our bodies better.

I love working to a minute. "How many reps can I do in a minute?" is the question you should ask yourself.

Here is another question you should ask yourself,  "What am I looking forward to this month?" and one more for the road, "What am I grateful for?"

Hey if you are working out, you should be grateful period.

Here is today's workout: 1 minute of as many reps as possible in one minute. Sprints in between sets (or run 1/2 a mile.)

1. Plank-Sawing.
2. Crunches with Heel Touches.
3. Thigh Burners- Rainbows and the letter U.
4. Plank- Heel Lifts.
5. Back Rows with Band.
6. Bicep Curls with Band.
7. One Leg Hip-Extensions with Leg Raise.
8. Cobra Push-Ups.
9. Donkey Kicks- "Dog On A Fire Hydrant."
10. Donkey Kicks with Band.
11. Plank (holding as long as possible.)
